Delivery

We will endeavour to ship all orders within 14 days subject to available stock.

• If there is a delay beyond the normal 14 days period we will contact you by email to inform you of progress with your order.
• We use either Royal Mail or a reputable courier, depending on the size and weight of your order.
• The standard delivery charge is £4.95 to cover Post and Packaging. Framed pictures, heavy or unusual sizes will be £20.00 to cover Post and Packaging unless otherwise stated.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order, and goods must be returned within 14 days. Postage charges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. Returned goods must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
